How to Prepare for Your Healing Session?
Please have a glass of drinking water ready before the start of your appointment.
Your water should NOT be carbonated or extremely cold. Room temperature water is good, otherwise Yin-Yang water is Best!

How-to Make Yin-Yang Water: Fill your glass half-way with room temperature spring water (tap water is okay too) and fill the other half of your glass with boiling water.

This is a simple and powerful way to help bring balance to the digestive system and also helps the circulation of the entire body!

How Will I Access my Healing Session?

When you book your appointment, you will be provided a phone number and an agreed upon time to call.

What Can I Expect During my Healing Session?
First, I work on identifying your body’s current state of health.

There will be a period of silence, during which I will work to detect any energy blockages in the body, remove them, and send healing energy to you and your water.

By restoring balance to your body’s energy (Qi), the body’s Qi flows smoothly, the build-up of energy is cleared, and the symptoms or challenges begin to dissipate.

Continue to Meditate

When the energy feels right (usually after 20 to 30 minutes), I will tell you I am going to hang up. At this point, you should meditate or simply rest for the next 30 minutes.

Recommendations

After your Healing Session is completed, you will receive recommendations to further your healing process, that are designed and customized specifically for your personal healing journey.

You may also receive recommendations for further healing sessions.

Recommendations, will be emailed to you within 3 business days following your appointment.
